Registry values

I have created an install using express.

I need to have some values changed in Outlook.

Send Pictures With Document = 0
UseWordMail = 0
EditPreferences = 131072

It seems that sometimes these will take and sometimes they won't - especially the Send Pictures With Document.

I have the person close Outlook before they install - if they leave an email open will it cause these changes to not take affect?

It is very important that these settings change!

The values will always be written, if they are not persisting, I suppose that only means Outlook, or some other program, is writing to them?
