Cannot start setup when building MSI

We are users of Installaware X9. We have several setup projects with native engine, but some customers need msi installers. So, we remove the line Set Variable NATIVE_ENGINE to TRUE from our script and checked the option "Build MSI outputs instead of EXE outputs"

One project that makes a big (5GB) exe setup, when building a msi finishes with no error, but msi has only 1.5GB, and the output file is wrong (image1).

So, we are trying to test if Installaware X17 works better, but we get with same results. On a second smaller project, msi output looks better, but we get another error (image2).

I have checked the native engine vs msi diferences, but I get no idea of what can be wrong. Our script has no loops in the code.

If you're unable to obtain command headers, that means the build did not complete successfully - which might explain some of the errors you're running into (ex: small size of payload).

I'd narrow my research down to check why the build is failing.
