InstallAware software not being updated...

Hi Michael;
I notice that InstallAware update service informed me that an update was available. However, when it attempted to download the update I received the error in the attached screen capture. ("Runtime error in setup script Line 138 access violation at address 7C913144 in module ntdll.dll. Write of address 00405909").

This occurred a few weeks (maybe it was longer) ago and I had been too busy to try to track it down. Now if I manually invoke the update schedule, absoutely nothing happens.

The InstallAware splash screen indicates that I am running version 6.0 (Build gwinnett_rtm.060606) -whatever that means!
I do not see any information on the web site as to what the latest release is, but I suspect that IA is not being updated.

What do you suggest?

Hi Steve,

Please download the latest version from our public website and install it - that will update your product, and fix the updater issue also.
