Hello,
In my setup I am using the Run Program command to run a few programs. Sometimes, these programs take a bit of time, and my progress dialog is just sitting there, unchanged. My programs are commandline based, and I don't want to show the command window.
Has anyone else ran into a similar situation? If so I am interested to know what you did about it. It seems that about all I can do is put up a message to my user saying something like "this may take a few minuets". Has anyone come up with any other ideas?

Build a custom progress dialog, set the PROGRESSMODE variable to MARQUEE, add an animation control to your progress dialog, use interactive HTML/Flash progress billboards, and try other similar options for an improved user experience.
