Changing the \"Install this application for\" option

Is there any way to get the "Install this application for" option changeable in the maintenance mode? I have tried putting the dialog in the maintenance wizard section but it makes no difference.

I'll explain why I ask. Essentially, with low rights users they have to run the installer as administrator. Thus if they specify "only for me" they will probably not be able to see the menu as they aren't the administrator really. At the end of the install, they can't see any icons or menus. So they go to run again and change the settings, only you can't change that. So you have to run it again and uninstall it completely, then run it again and set the option to get the icons. A better option would be to allow them to change it in maintenance mode, and have the menu appear in all users.

Any thoughts?
