Patch - issue

hi

i want to know, if i made patch for assembly in which i updated previous assembly version

patch installed new version on gac but it didn't remove previous version

how can i make it possible to patch to remove the previous version

By hand, using the Run Program function and the .net tool for assembly modifications.
