\"Call DLL\" with a 64 bit DLL

I'm receiving a DLLLOADFAILED when I try calling a amd64 DLL on Vista 64. If I call the x86 version on Vista 32, it works fine. Any idea what might be going on? It is a Microsoft provided DLL.

Sorry, calling 64 bit DLLs is not currently supported (this is not a Vista issue, but an issue that will prevent any 64 bit DLL from being called under any operating system).
