When you include the Visual studio 6.0 libraries, the default web media block name is

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime 6.0 with Service Pack 6 (includes ATL and MFC)

Apparently this is too long for some older (Windows 2000) CD drives to handle if you are running from a CD. We are running 6.0 due to backwards compatibility problems with the later versions.

As a rule I change all my web media blcok names to something shorter with no space and no periods etc..
