Shortcuts in StartMenu

In the shortcuts displayed in start menu problem, the UNinstall shortcut always seem to appear before the Run Application shortcut. I am not able to resolve this issue. Please help me

As far as I know, the start menu is usually alphabetically sorted ...

Whats you application name, and what version of Windows?
