Dumb New User Questions!

Hi

I just brought d2007, I am just trying to get my first install working - and I have a few questions. I am obviously missing something but I thought I would ask.

I created a new project - using the default project. I populated names, company etc, added a few files and folders and built it.

When I run it, it wants a password for the setup file -which was fine as I can set that in the application requirements - then it gets to a registration dialog and tells me that

"This product has been able to authenticate you as a valid user" error - What is this about? Do I have to licence install aware - or is this some authentication for my program - in which case how do I use it?
