HTML website link in installer

Does anyone have any idea how to embed an HTML link into the installer such that for setup screens where perhaps a little more extensive knowledge of the configuration might be required or a 'tutorial' for the installer might be appropriate, HTML links can be provided to the user to click and go to an external website where it is explained?

I have an installer that I've build that uses Virtual Directories within IIS, SQL Server, and allows users to use SQL or Windows Authentication. The problem is that to the newbie user, it may not be clear what the difference between SQL and Windows Authentication is and I want a way to explain it with screenshots and additional HTML on a webpage.

It would be great if I could embed a "Need Help? Click here!" link in the installer that opens up to specific knowledge base articles on my website for people who might be having trouble.

Any ideas?
