new activation

I just purchased your product on-line and received a serial number. After installing the 20gb file that I downloaded I get two options:

1) buy the product
2) 30 day trial of the product

How do I enter the serial number to license the product?

OK,

so I chased down the e-mail from purchasing; got the program activated; and now when I cleck "new" under [advanced options/run programs] I get the following error:

Access violation at address 00627451 in module 'mia.exe'

I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the same symptom. I did not get this error before the prooduct was activated

You have no telephone support, How do I get technical help with your product?

I'm very close to returning the product and desputing the AMX charges.

Do not panic

This was a problem in the product that has now been resolved. Simply log on to your user account, regenerate and reinstall your license. Then it will work fine.
