Code sign app file, and MSI at the end

I'm new to IA and I've only created one install with it so far, so I don't know where to begin to answer my question.

I use a batch file to code sign my app's EXE (using X2Net SignCode), then I run a separate batch file to run IA6 to generate my single install EXE then MSI. Then I must run a 3rd batch file to sign the MSI.

What I'd like to do is get the install generation process to run my code-sign batch file and wait for its completion before running the rest of the process that creates the MSI, then finally, sign the MSI too.

Can IA6 Studio be used to accomplish such a set of tasks? Can you steer me toward the feature I'd use to do this? Do I need something like FinalBuilder to do this?
