We've noticed that after running the installer, and more importantly after uninstalling, there are sometimes directories name ~0, for example. We've noticed these the most on Vista and 2003 Server.
What are these directories? Why are they left behind? Is there some way for the installer to clean these up so there is nothing left on the user's system after uninstalling?
~0 directory in Local Application Data?
