Stream read error at the end of Command Line build

Hello,

I am getting the following error at the end of a command line build. I am able to open the GUI up and build the project just fine. I need this to be build by the command line as it is part of a bigger process. Any ideas on what would cause a Stream read error?

Compressed setup files
Prepared SFX data
Stream read error
