Runtime error in install: Invalid stream format

Hi,

I am getting this error message

Runtime error in install: Invalid stream format

This is comming from a IA single compressed file. I am using IA 6.6 (Build berlin_rtm.052107)

I did a search on the newsgroup and did not find any message related to this error.

Is there a list of IA generated errors somewhere?

I also tried to debug, but this error seams to be happening when decompressing the setup.exe file. I also tested this on Vista Ultimate 64 bits and XP Pro SP2, with same results.

What may be causing this problem?

This error is happening on the second progress bar with this label: InstallAware is preparing the InstallAware Wizard which will install this application.  Please wait.
After that I get a series of Access violation errors at address 71B035F5.  Read of address 71B035F5.
