Copying .MIA files when authoring Application Runtimes

Think I've just worked out that you shouldnt do this!
The new .mia when running in the installer still refers to elements of the 'copied' .mia file.
Creating everything from scratch resolved my issue of seeing duplicates in the $PRELIST$ var.
