Uninstall issues after a patch has been applied

Hello,

I have a product v1.0 and over it i applied a patch v1.1. Now i know that the prod and the patch share the same product code, and when i hit uninstall shortcut after the patch was applied, the only removed files are the ones that the patch added. I know that this is normal, but how can i uninstall the whole application prod v1.0 and its patch v1.1 at the same time ?
