Unable to add specific file to an installation.

I am working on my first installation created with InstalAware. Everything has gone well with one exception. I have a license file that is used for copy protection and to control different options in the application. InstallAware won't let me add that file to the Target Files list. The file shows in the source file list box. When I select it the 'Add Files' button does not become enabled, therefore I am not able to add it to the Target Files list. Any ideas on why this is happening?

P.S> - I am using InstallAware Express that came with Delphi 2007 Win32 and I am running on a Windows Vista Business machine.
