Conditionally include Application Runtimes

I would like to create two versions of my setup from a single project, one of them including Application Runtimes, the other not including them. I see how to use compiler variables to exclude the MSICode to install the prereqs, but how do I exclude the files from the compiled setup?

D'oh! I answered my own question. I didn't have the compiler variable if block in the right place, it was only over the "Check Application Pre-Requisites" section. I needed it over "Install Application Pre-Requisites" section as well.
