Autorun - simple question

We have recently purchased the Admin Studio version and have a simple question about autorun.

We have two projects 1> Autorun and 2> Dot Net application installer

In Autorun, a button click starts the application installer, we see the splash screen and initial setup progressbar, however the dialogs for the dot net application installer run in minimized modes (see attached pic). Is there any way to fix this to have the application installer in focus when called from the autorun.exe?

When ran independantly, the Dot net application installer runs as desired.

We tried the Run As option with no username and password but there was no change in behavior.

Kindly advise us further.

Actually the second window does not run in minimized mode but runs exactly behind the original parent window.

any ideas on how i could work around this to change focus to the child (dot net installer dialog) instead of parent (autorun installer dialog) ?
