Setuptype Dialog change default type

Dear all,
is it possible and how to change the default setting in the Setuptype dialog to personal setup instead of complete setup? I tryed altready to change the dialog but in the setup it always switches back to complete setup.

Try:
Set PERSONALIZED = TRUE in MSI code before the Setup Type dialog displays

before you set PERSONALIZED to TRUE You must also set COMPLETE to FALSE, otherwise it won't work
