InstallAware Studio 7 - MSI file missing

I am creating a single file install exe. I supply this one single file on a CD.

When some users run this (not all users) it is reporting an error similar to:

Source file missing DONATE.MSI

This is not solely on Vista machines and the problem has been reported by those using XP machines.

What could this problem be?

Can you verify the %TEMP% and %TMP% entries on those machines with problems? Check if there's enough disk space or try to clean the temp dir.

I am not able to verify these as the fault was reported on our telephone tech support. I have tried sending them another CD uncompressed rather than a single EXE and will see whether this works. It won't solve the problem long term because our software is downloadable and thus needs to be a single exe.
