Unable to get assembly information while compiling install

I need to install the Microsoft XML 4.0 dlls and register them in the GAC. However, when I add them to the Assemblies list I get the following error when attempting to compile the installer.

Unable to get assembly information for <DLL>\\msxml4r.dll

I looked at the other two posts with this error and neither solved my issue. That is, .NET 2.0 is installed on the build machine and it appears the correct GAC executibles are installed in the Installaware folder.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If everything you try fails, try including regasm.exe from .NET 2.0 framework as support file and regasm the assemblies with run program calling regasm.
