Run program as normal user?

In Vista, when double click to launch Setup.exe (IA generated)
It will be launched as Administrator (escalated by UAC)

So, the program launched by the Setup will be also run as Administrator...

How could I Run the desired program as normal user?
I have tried Run Program As
but it requires me user name, password etc... which is not possible to include in the setup package...

Do anyone have any idea how to do so?

What you can do is create a custom dialog asking the user for its credentials, and use variables in the Run Program As dialog.
