Change Log of IA 7.06 (November release)?

Can someone point me to what is new in the November release?

Tried to install it but it refused to upgrade my 7.01 install.

It doesn' have significant changes, it's primarily a licensing mechanism update. It has the same features.

Personally I would take the "What's New" section of the help file a a change log.

That's fair enough but I have to install the product before I can read the help file. We have a change log for our products that are dumped out of our bugtracker (Mantis) when we release a build. For example:

A couple of things ...

Did you get it to install?
Is there a patch available or did you download the whole 252 meg?
How did you know an update was available?

7.06 doesn't upgrade 7.01.

I downloaded the new installer (252MB).

I come back and check the date on the installer regularly - the previous build was January.
