In your help file under Automation / Win32DLL / Libraries

List item 10 in the list of Library files is mGacInfo.dll but i can not locate any such file. Is this an obsolete file?

That is correct, the help file is out of date. The correct files to use instead are:

mGacInfoX.exe
gacnet20x.exe
