Finding MS Word user template directory location

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to find the user template for a MS Word template installation?

This is generally in the "C:\\Documents and Settings\\Username\\Application Data\\Microsoft\\Templates" directory, however, it can be different especially in a networked environment.

Do you know if this information is available in the registry? You could try reading it from there using the Read Registry command.
I'd suggest searching for this path in the registry using regedit.exe and seeing if it turns up anywhere, then jotting down that path and reading it from the install using Read Registry.
