is it possible to display progress during a silent install?

Postby gsRon » Tue Mar 22, 2011 11:42 pm

Using IA 10, is it possible to display progress during a silent install?

When using the command line switch '/s' to install, the cmd prompt return immediately while the install is running. Is it possible to provide some feedback to the users of progress?

The equivalent of an MSIEXEC /qb installation.

Dear InstallAware users,

Please see the above post for a tutorial on how to display a progress dialog during silent install (just like msiexec's /qb parameter)!
