'Run Application now' locks 'Add or Remove Programs' dialog

Hi!

Is it normal that the windows 'Add or Remove Programs' dialog can not be moved or closed until the application is closed, if it was started automatically after the setup had finished (in maintenance mode)?

To reproduce this, simply go to Start/Settings/Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs, choose the new Application, click 'Change/Remove' and then, in the setup in maintenance mode, choose repair, and on the finish dialog check 'Run Application now'.

I believe that ARP waits for completion on any action started from within it.
