Installation was created by... Message

I built my install using the trial version of InstallAware. I've subsequently purchased and registered the app. Since then, I've modified and re-compiled several times. I just ran my install on a different computer and got the "This installation was created by" message, indicating my install was built on a trial version. Any ideas what I should do about this?

This can only mean you did not install your license file. Did you install your license file?

Hmmm. Quite frankly, it's been a month and I don't rightly recall. A license file doesn't sound familiar. I checked my e-mails and found one from sales containing a serial number. I *think* I simply entered the serial number to complete licensing. Was there something else to be done? And should I contact support directly on that?

No, actually there is nowhere to enter the serial number in the product. When you make a purchase you receive an email with instructions on how to download your personalized, watermarked InstallAware copy. Please email sales (provide your original order number) so they can track this down for you and send you a copy of the email.
