Win8 .net 2.0 (x64) neverending install

As the title says Windows 8 x64(upgraded from XP) trying to install .net using your new 15.0 installer it get to the .net install and it just never ends. over 40minutes straight. The company I work for purchased 15.0 because it is suppose to support windows8.

I have made a new installer doing nothing but installing the .net 2.0 and there is no difference.

You should already know that Win 8 doesn't support Net 2.0 installation you should use at least Net 3.5 runtime.
