Ugrading Previous Installation with InstallAware

Hello,

I have a installer from Wise for version 1 of my program.

I build the installer for version 2 using InstallAware. My installer prompts to remove the previous version of the application if it finds one - trying to install 2.0 will detect 1.0 and remove it first, then continue with the 2.0 install.

My problem is that the InstallAware installer fails when it tries to remove the older version with the following error message:

How can I get InstallAware to detect and remove older versions from a different installer?

I used it when to remove WISE installations from IA and worked fine.
