UNINSTALL with /s still launching dialog

When executing the following it is still launching a dialog, how do i force the confirmation and just unistall silently?

SETUP.EXE /s MODIFY=FALSE REMOVE=TRUE UNINSTALL=YES

have you tried adding the silent switch at the end of the command line parameters?
