Add IIS as Application Pre-Request

Dear Support Team,

I have to create the web deploy for my web application (i am using InstallAware 10.10 version), on this i have to add "Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)" as pre request. How to achieve this?

if I haven't missed your question, you want to check if IIS is already available on target system.
Am I correct?

If true, in the "Application Requirements" page (IA IDE -> Design View -> Left tree pane -> Application Requirements node), you can define the minimum IIS configuration required by the package.

If I am not wrog this option should be available with IA 10 as well.

I can see the option in IA IDE -> Design View -> Left tree pane -> Application Requirements node to set the IIS minimum version.
But i need to add the IIS as Application Runtime like MS .Net framework, MS SQL, IE 8,9... how to achieve this?

Dear Ravz,

all the runtimes available with the IA version you are using are those listed under Application Runtimes view within the IA IDE.

If your are searching for a specific runtime version not included with your IA version, you must include it in your project using the Runtime setup package distributed by the vendor.

Could you please explain the step by step instruction on getting the IIS 7.0 as a pre-requisite for my application.
Because i tried to download the runtimes from IA - "Download Runtimes..." option of the Application runtimes view. But i was taken to the following web page where i am unable to find what i exactly needed. Kindly help me in getting this.
