deploy a website

Hi

We are evaluating your product for our requirements. We are ok with windows installation of install aware. Our other requirement is create a website in iis. Here I have attached what I want. I also want to create an application pool for site. It'll be greatly appreciated if any one can point me out clear steps of achieving it. I was unable to find a proper documentation of it. Also I want to know how to sign a setup. (I don't want to create any site under default website and no virtual folder solutions).

Dear User,

with IA is available a ready to use sample "IIS web sites and folders", have you tried it?
To create a ready to use project based on the above sample, select NEW PROJECT and then samples, from IA IDE.

well I checked with that, But I was unable to find a way to create an application pool. And next thing is there is a folder under newly created website and all other files of my website is under that directory. Normally we are hosting sites in IIS as attached image. There is no root folder for website and each website has its own application pool. We have 3 different web sites for our project and each need separated application pool. We are going to provide setup for our customers and we can not say change those settings in their servers. Can you please provide me sample or where I can find clear steps for my requirement.

And I went through some success with IA, I want to know how to change pipeline integrated to classic.
