Installation error

Dear Support team,

I have downloaded the Installaware 15 as a trial mode, while install the setup i am getting the following message and cann't continue the installation.

"Extraction of installation data downloaded from the web has failed."

Checked the internet connection i can access the installaware.com, kindly suggest on the above.

you should use the IA 17 trial ... due IA 15 is not anymore available from our server.

I have downloaded the latest IA 17 version, using this latest IA 17 i have created the base setup for my application.
While installing the setup i am getting the error message "Extraction of installation data download from the web has failed" (attached the screenshot).

For your kind information: i have tried the same published files to create the setup using IA 10.10, the setup is working.

is there any settings in IA 17?

... you should rebuild your WEB MEDIA Blocks with IA 17 as well.

The ones included with IA 17 include updates that was not available with IA 10.

I have tried the same as you suggest and also i have created the new build project and created the build still i am getting the same issue.

any other way to over come from this?

Dear Ravz,

I must ask your help.

Please release a very minimal project that replicates the issue you found and send it to me.
It is just enough to use a dummy text file as media block.

Then include any useful information to replicate your behavior as; OS used, user account and so on.

Please also post with your reply, the build number reported by your IA 17 installation (Project Tab -> Version - in IA IDE).
