File Extension for IE to automatically open file

We have a custom file extension for our application which we associate with our program. Everything works fine except IE asks the user to Open/Save the file. We need it to automatically open the file as it contains the content that is sent to the printer to print. Is there anyway to do this through InstallAware?

Probably your file extension conflicts with those used by IE.

Are you able to successfully run your file manually from command line?
