I have Studio Maintenance 2 years and Studio Gold support. What exactly includes Gold support?
Does it include the installation of the current version (I am using version X12)?
What is included in Gold support?

Gold support only covers direct technical support.
While "Maintenance" includes Free major product upgrades.
Therefore if you have an active "Maintenance Plan", you can get any "Free major product upgrade" that gets released during its validity.
