.Net Pre-Requisites

I am trying to install on a Vista machine which has .Net framework 1.0, 1.1 with SP1, 2.0, 3.0. With my installer, I need the .Net Framework 1.1 with SP1 and the .Net Framework 2.0. When I try to run my installer it says that I need to install .Net 1.1 with SP1 (which is already on the machine), then I get this error when trying to install it: "To install this product please run Install.exe". So then i try to run the install.exe from the mdotnet.dll folder. First that says it is installing 2.0 and then it errors saying "Error: Product already installed."

I am assuming the problem is because I am trying to install 2 different .Net versions and it is overwriting the mdotnet.dll folder with the second one. But on top of that it shouldn't even be saying the .Net 1.1 with SP1 needs to be installed because it should be finding it.

Any ideas on how to fix this.
