Reboot required after .NET 2.0 setup

After my setup finishes the setup of the .NET 2.0 platform and before it would start installing Sql Express 2005 i'l need a restart otherwise my database scripts fail to be executed.

can anyone tell me how to restart the machine after the .NET 2.0 setup

Just insert the "Reboot and Resume" command inside the condition where the .NET 2.0 setup resides. This will reboot the PC and restart the installation, and since .NET 2.0 is already installed, it won't install it again nor reboot.
