No Reboot message Window

Hello guys, as a beginner i have a problem with my patch. After it installs a message window asking to reboot appears. As i understand form other post this window appears because windows installer needs to because of the updated files. The thing is that i know why it ask for reboot and its not needed, so i don't need that window to pop up at all.... how can i get rid of that(without a silent installation) ? I've attached a printscreen.

I have another question about that issue, if i will use a silent install, will the message window and the reboot be suppressed(no reboot,no window) ? Is there any chance to avoid this window and the reboot?

Another ideea regarding my issue: is there any function to restart the setup (but not Reboot and Resume) ?
