I downgraded to an Express version, and rewrote my app so I did not have to to do the DLL call.

Now I can't get around the "index.html" needed for the progress dialog. Can't you just show a plain progress screen? If not, where do I find some information on the files that needs to be used? Or some "do nothing" files I can use? What am I missing here?

I have been spending 2 hours on trying to figure this out, and I am no closer than when I started.

After 2 1/2 hr I finally figured out that only some of the themes require the index.html. Some better documentation on this would have been helpful. Still don't know what the index.html would have to look like, but I don't need it now...
