Axonet plugin and CodeGear version of IA

I installed the Axonet plugin but I can not find it in the IDE.
Is this because my version of IA is the one included in Delphi 2007?

Which versions of IA accept plug-ins.

Developer and up I believe. A comparison can be found at http://www.installaware.com/right-edition.htm I don't know what version came with Delphi though.

Mateo is right. The edition included in Delphi 2007 is the express version, and plug-ins can be added starting at Developer edition.
