I have some questions regaurding some of the weird things that I have seen in the dialogs concerning viewing them on a Windows XP machine with a normal XP theme and then one with the classic theme on.
1. Radio Buttons on a normal XP theme do not become transparent when this options is set. The background of the text will become transparent but the background of the radio button will not. If you view this using the classic windows theme the radio buttons will be transparent as they should be with no box around the radio buttons
2. Static Text back ground does not become transparent when viewing a classic xp theme, but will look correct if you view it witjh a normal XP theme.
I do not know if this is a windows issue or an installaware issue.
Also I was looking through some thread that dated back to 2006 about the "get free space" option out putting an interger as you can not use the "mathmatics" option to preform opperations on this number. I was wondering if this is ever going to be impleminted into installaware or not?

Is there no answer for this?
Why does IA have a forum if they don't look at all of the thread that are posted. If they do look at all of the thread they should atleast post somthing letting you know they are looking into it.
And this would not be a big problem if their support on the new support site would be online. Everytime I check no matter what time they are never "online" they are either "away" or "offline" If you are going to offer live help / a forum you could atleast be avaliable and respond to threads that your cutomers are leaving you.

I believe your answers to 1 and 2 are a Windows/Delphi thing. If you have users that are using no themes then I would design the dialogs in that mode making sure you have all of the same colors/properties set for each control and background.
I had to do that with some Delphi Code in the past and noticed the controls looked fine on systems that were using themes. If not you ended up with backgrounds of checkboxes, etc... darker than the dialogs background and yes it looked pretty cheesy.
