How to use plugin?

I have downloaded the Express product. I have installed the update to get the .NET 2.0 and Windows Installer 3.0 updates.

Now how do I tell the install to install them?

Please try to use the Studio version with the new plug-ins.
The Studio version lets you edit the setup script and choose which versions of runtimes to install. Unfortunately this cannot be done in Express at this time.
