Need a File for Installation

I need for my installation a file (DLL) for the SerialCheck. This Serialnumber must be checked bevor the MainInstallation is started. How i can install one File bevor the Main Installing is started..

Use "Bundle Files" or place the dll in your "Creatives" in the IDE.

Thanks for the answer.. I use now file bag and i can use my DLL
