I had everything working, got a msg from InstallAware that an update was available last night and patched my install. It basically reinstalled my entire system (took forever) and when I loaded my project today that uses .NET 3.5, it gave me a message that the framework was missing. So I assumed I needed to reinstall the 2008 runtimes. When I run it I just get "Error" in a message box. I checked Event Log and it says:
Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: Visual Studio 2008 Runtimes Update. Product Version: 1.0. Product Language: 1033. Installation success or error status: 1603.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled InstallAware and cannot get this working again. Any ideas? Also, how do I generate an msi log file from the exe? I've tried: setup.exe /v"/L*v\\"c:\\temp\\trace.log\\" but didn't get anything.
Thanks,
Chris
