Optional Web Media Blocks?

Post by soeinz »

Hi,

Would appreciate if anyone could tell me if there is an easy way to configure an installation to have Web Media Blocks that 'optional'. In other words if the web media block is not available the installation does not fail and continues (without the user needing to do anything),

Thanks.

You'll want to check for the web media block's physical presence next to your setup file, or an Internet connection's availability through the Download File command, before entering the web media block section. Once you've entered the section, there's no making the weblock optional; before you go in, you can "skip" entering the section if the weblock is not on media and the installer is offline.
