Compiling both Single EXE and Web Setup same revision code

I'm trying to compile both a single exe and a web based install so that they both have the same revision code. I've tried unchecking the Change revision code upon rebuild. I compile the single exe, then the web install. If I install from the single exe, then install from the web, I would expect the second install to enter maintenance mode but instead it thinks it is a new install. If I reversse the order, the same thing happens. What am I missing? I'm using IA 8 Studio Admin. Also, it is possible to do a batch build of both a single exe and web install using command line parameters rather than calling IA twice with different parameters?

There is a button for that in the installaware menu. (when in MSI Mode-> batch build)

When you use the command line it shouldn't change the revision code unless you tell him to, though i don't think you can tell him to build two setups here without calling it twice.
